Fine Art Mosaics by Laura Robbins
A New Mexico artist, Laura Robbins, creates expressive, hand-crafted mosaics that celebrate color, texture, and the beauty of assembled fragments. Her work ranges from intimate pieces to large-scale public installations, each thoughtfully designed to enhance the spaces they inhabit. Drawing on both traditional techniques and contemporary influences, Laura works with glass, ceramic, stone, and found materials to build compositions that feel alive with movement and meaning.
Her portfolio includes architectural mosaics, fine art panels, community-based artworks, and thematic series—such as We Are Water—that explore our connection to the world around us.

A Self-Guided Tour
Cirrelda Snider Bryan and Laura Robbins wrote and compiled the publication with layout by Mary Lambert. A Self-Guided Tour is available in both digital and paper form. With forty full-color pages, it celebrates 65 sites that are accessible to the public, located in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Tijeras, Mountainair, Edgewood, Placitas, and Bernalillo. The digital guidebooks are available through this site and MosaicNewMexico.org. While they last, hard copies are available at Wild Hearts Gallery in Placitas, NM.
